Covid-19 Safety Measures for WRHA '20 - '21 Season
WELLINGTON ROLLER HOCKEY ASSOCIATION
PROPOSED SOCIAL DISTANCING MEASURES FOR PRACTICES AND GAMES
2020 – 2021 Season (Updated 10/17/2021)
Safety measures for practices:
- It is recommended that all players wear a mask before and after practices until they get in or leave the rink.
- All parents must wear face covering in the stands and around the rink.
- If a player shows a temperature at home higher than 102oF, do not bring him to practice or game until fever has passed.
- All coaches must wear a mask during practices.
- No more than 6 kids on a bench. There is some seating behind each box in the open area.
- Instruct skaters to enter through one door on bench and exit from other door during changes. Two coaches on the bench, one at each gate (Enter/Exit). They can help the kids with getting on/off the rink through the right doors.
- There will be no concession sales during practices until further notice.
- All kids must have their water bottles clearly marked with a sharpie. No sharing water bottles.
- There will be no communal jug of water during practices or games.

- There will be NO concession sales during games until further notice.
- All kids must have their own water bottles with their names clearly marked with a sharpie.
- There will be no communal jug of water during games.
- All players must keep gloves on during post-game handshake, or elbow bumps, if kids are lining up post-game.
